Double room available in a 2-bed semi-detached property in the peaceful village of Highfields Caldecote. The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The double bedroom is well lit and spacious. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit, and desk. The mirror, bedding and TV are not included.

Although the main bathroom is not technically en suite, you will have principal use of it.

There is use of shared kitchen including a large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and gas hob, dishwasher, and washing machine.

There is use of a shared living room, downstairs toilet, enclosed back garden, and secure garage. There is one parking space available (off-street) and a number of other on-street places to park if needed.

Viewings will only be offered if prospective lodgers are non-smokers.
