I am looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional.
Double room - furnished with TV, wardrobe, desk and units. There is also use of the lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and garden w/decking - great for BBQs in the summer :) Appliances include washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob. Rent includes all bills, council tax and fibre broadband and there is ample parking.

It is in close (walking) proximity to the bus stop, supermarket, pub, restaurants and other amenties.
There is a regular bus service to the city centre and easy access to M11 and A428 for Cambridge, Papworth and St Neots.

Viewings can be arranged on request during evenings or weekends.
