This room is situated in a relatively new house in a quiet neighbourhood close to large areas of green open space and lakes. It's a quiet and clean house with a live-in professional homeowner. Two off-street parking spaces are available adjacent to the house, one for you.

A reliable daily bus service operates every hour between Central Cambridge and Cambourne. This house share would best suit a professional, or mature student with own transport, or perhaps happy to catch bus into Cambridge.

This is not a grubby commercial let with locks on kitchen cupboards and mouldy bathrooms. This is a pretty nice private home that you would become part of and enjoy living in.
