Double room in quite house

I have a double room to let. I'm in cambourne near to lakes and fields so ideal if you like walking. I am looking for somone who is quite and tidy. There is off street parking and a garage. You will have your own bathroom but it's not connected to the room. Must be a lover of dogs as I have a cockapoo called max. I work mon till fri so am only around evenings. I am a social person so like to have a chat if your feeling up to it. The house is in a cul-de-sac and there are only 3 house all detached so no noise neighbours. Its 20 mins drive to cambridge and there is a bus stop outside the house. They have a morrissons and co op a local pub also.
