ROOM FOR A FEMALE / SHORT TERM RENT (8 months)
A double room off Cherry Hinton road available from 1st of September for a short term rent of 8+ months (up to the end of April/May 2027). The room is fully furnished (double bed, desk and storage space) and very sunny, with a nice view of the garden. The house has four rooms, it is quite big with a big nice garden. The house is 15 min cycling to the city centre, 5 min to Addenbrookes hospital, LMB, ARM, 10 min to the train station or the Science Park. Close to the local convenience store, a GP practice and a dentist (I seriously think we are very well located). The house has a good size kitchen with all appliances: 2 fridge/freezers, electric cooker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, microwave oven, good sized common lounge and dinning area. There is a large back garden and patio with secure covered storage space for bikes. There are two bathrooms, both with toilet, one with bath/shower and bidet. I am happy to rent it to a nice person (professional/postdoc/PhD) for 8 months while I am away :) You will be sharing it with 3 other nice professionals :). The price is 510£ + bills 150£.

IMPORTANT: we share the cleaning with a weekly rota. Which means we really DO clean and you will have to be doing your part too :) If you are interested please get in touch writing a little about yourself
