Beautiful house in Cambridge with garden

We have two rooms available to let in our beautiful four bedroom house in Chesterton in north Cambridge. We're looking for two responsible, professional tenants — keen gardeners are a bonus!

So here’s the set up: The house is a much-loved, furnished, open-plan, bright family home with beautiful garden owned by us. We are a brother and sister in our early thirties who grew up in the house, and now live elsewhere but come home often. There is one other occupant who we've been lucky enough to have in the house the last seven years now. We are looking for two lodgers who will love, respect and contribute to the running of the house. The rent includes all bills, council tax, and wifi. For the last ten years it has been a friendly house with lodgers where everyone gets on well and feels like family. We want to continue that. There is permit car parking at the front of the house and secure bike parking in our garage.

Cambridge North Railway Station – 1.5 miles
City Centre – 2 miles (via bike paths)
Addenbrooke's Hospital and Biomedical Campus – 4 miles (via bike paths)

It’s not far from the River Cam and there’s several great pubs, as well as takeaways and shops. There’s also a Co-op just five minutes walk away. It is a 5-10 minute cycle ride into the city.
