Double room in central apartment

(Just a little add in here, females preferred please, also can’t commit to long term as do plan to sell the flat at some point which can take months so will always give a months notice?)

Central Cambridge, apartment a 20 minute walk to the city Centre 5 minutes from the beehive Centre & Grafton Centre, 20 minute walk to the train station. Bus stop right outside.

A double furnished room (double bed with under bed storage drawers, double wardrobe, ottoman, laundry basket, bedside table) there is a bathroom with bath and shower beside the room, cupboard space in there for toiletries, make up etc... and towel rail, I have storage in my own ensuite but do often use the bath) also a large full length mirror in the hallway outside the bedroom for personal use.

Open plan kitchen & living room with a balcony overlooking a courtyard below (2nd floor) secure fob access to the building. Bills are included (electricity, council tax, water, WiFi, smart tv with Netflix, amazon music on Alexa etc...) on street parking to the rear of the building. secure lock up for bikes underground.

I work most weekends so ideally not a party animal please, and for that reason ideally not WFH as I’m home two week days.
