Nice, bright, fully furnished cosy double room in lovely house based in Chesterton. All bills included. Available now (females preferred).

The area:
It’s in a great location, by the river in Chesterton, close to City centre, Science and Business Parks, (A10 and A14), and Cambridge North Train station. There are good local pubs by the river. Supermarkets - Tesco Express (2 min walk), Large Tesco (10 min walk), there is also a new fresh fruit and veg stall at the end of the road. Lovely cycle ride along the river to the City centre, (takes about 10 mins). There are also plenty of buses (number C2) bus stop just round the corner.

The room:
Is small/medium but has everything you need. Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, chair, shelves, full length mirror, two under bed drawers, bedside drawers, lamp, and a free TV.
 It is a downstairs room, has wooden floors, and gets the sun all afternoon and evening.

The room is not suitable for working from home full time.

The house:
Is peaceful, homely, clean and well maintained. There is a living room, dining area, kitchen, two toilets, clean bathroom with shower and bath, and a beautiful very large sunny garden. We have a washing machine and dryer, Super fast wireless broadband. Weekly cleaner and Free parking.

Sharing with 3 females, ages 25+ (and occasionally the neighbours cat!). We are easy going, tidy and respectful. We mostly do our own thing, but do get together for the occasional BBQs etc.
It would suit someone similar, who is quiet and considerate (who is ok with the cat visiting!).
We are Covid responsible, and have all been double vaccinated :-)

Deposit is 1 months rent.

No additional fees to pay.
