I have a spare furnished room in my two bedroom flat near Addnebrooks hospital/Biomedical Campus/AstraZeneca, and a few minutes away from the new Cambridge South Station scheduled to open in June 2026.
The flat is a nice quiet residential area with lots of green and open spaces around. It is a 15 minute cycle to the centre of town.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine and a dishwasher. You would also have access to a lockable bike shed and a place to park your car if needed. There is a gym very nearby.
I am respectful, easy going and have a busy schedule. I am looking for someone similar.
Short stays are welcome.
