Two single rooms available in 3 bedrooms flat : One single room with two windows and sofa bed, other single room with a double bed. Council tax, central heating, 24 hours hot water, fast full fibre broadband , gas , water etc are included. If one professional take two rooms together, rent can be lower.

The rooms are shown exactly as the video advertised, so I might not able to to show you the rooms until you are going to take it , sorry.

A large kitchen/living room (wash machine, cooker, large fridge/freezer, large sink etc ) with a lot of cupboards and worktops (you will have two large private kitchen cupboards) and a big dining table and chairs provided, a bathroom ( a bath with shower /basin /toilet / shaving socket, fan etc) , and three bedrooms ( equipped with sofa bed or double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair). Street parking, in front of the flat , there is a bike shed with roof and door lock for your peace of mind.

Previous or current tenants are young professionals or PHD students. Three bedroom flat, each bedroom is single occupancy, maximum three person in total. One double room is occupied by one female professionals(27y), two single rooms are available and quiet, as they are away from the bathroom and kitchen and facing rear garden. Three bedrooms (maximum 3 person ) share a bathroom and a big kitchen. There is NO ensuite bedroom here.
