Room For A Professional Girl (Single Occupancy)

We have 1 Big Double room available (SINGLE occupancy) from the 1st of December 2021 in a quiet and tidy house, the property is positioned at a popular residential area(CB1 3EB), very close to Beehive centre.

The house has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen/dining area , 1 bathroom and 1 toilet to share with 3 other professionals, there is also a garden and parking just outside the house.

The price for the room is £600 per calendar month plus bills (approx £35/50 per month), the room is furnished with double ottoman bed, wardrobe and desk, at the moment there are 3 professional girls (2 Spanish and 1 Italian) over 24 living in the house so we would like another GIRL with similar characteristics.
