The house has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen/dining area, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet to share with 3 other professionals, there is also a garden and parking just outside the house.
The price for the room is £750 per calendar month (plus gas and electricity that it varies according to the consume and is approx £40/100) the room is furnished with double ottoman bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, at the moment there are 2 professionals (1 Italian girl and 1 English/greek boy) all over 26 years old, very clean and tidy so we would like a boy or girl with similar characteristics.
If you are interested and would like to arrange a viewing we are available to do it with a video call or in person any day of the week after 6:30 or the weekends during the day.
