We have two separate rooms available for rent. Both for single female occupancy

The first room is a comfortable attic room with a desk for working. The bathroom is shared with one other person. Rent is £595 This room is available from September 16th.

The second is an ensuite room with a double bed. The rent is £795. This room is available from August 27th.

All furniture is included, such as a bed, wardrobe, and storage space.
Looking for single tenancy, and a female housemate. Minimum 6 months tenancy.
