Architect apartment 3 rooms inc bills & parking!

Hello all,

I am a female Architect and am organising the letting of an apartment interior, I designed, on behalf of, a retired, Graphic-Designer client based in the North of the UK.

I speak English, French and Spanish. I have also been an Airbnb Superhost for 12 years, have over 150 reviews mostly 5 star, both as a host and guest.

There are three double rooms, available, at present on the dates below, but it may be possible to offer them all on 16.02.26 if I there are three candidates for this date.

ROOM 1 is available from 1700 on 16.02.26 onwards for £1300 pcm with all bills.

ROOM 2 is available from 1700 on 13.03.26 onwards for £1200 pcm with all bills.

ROOM 3 is available from 1700 on 20.03.26 onwards for £1000 pcm with all bills.

We are looking for professionals or postgrads, whom are not working from home all week, are super-clean, tidy and respectful.

As a professional or postdoc you will need to provide evidence of your:

- UK employment
- University course & funding
- A UK guarantor if you are a post-grad student
- A landlord's reference
- Your ID
- Visa status if applicable to you.
- 1 month's deposit.
- No Working From Home, I'm afraid between Monday to Friday 0900-1730.

* Close to the M11 for those who need to commute.
