This is a light, spacious apartment with three double rooms, available, at present on three separate dates from either the 16th of February, 13th and 20th March. There is some flexibility too with other dates.

ROOM 1 is available for £1200 pcm with all bills.

ROOM 2 is available for £1100 pcm with all bills.

ROOM 3 is available for £1000 pcm with all bills.

I speak English, French and Spanish. I have also been an Airbnb Superhost for 13 years, have over 150 reviews mostly 5 star, both as a host and guest and have hosted guests from 30 nations.

We are looking for professionals or postgrads, whom are not working from home all week, are super-clean, organised tidy and respectful.

As a professional or postdoc you will need to provide evidence of your:

- UK employment
- University course & funding
- A UK guarantor if you are a post-grad student
- A landlord's reference
- Your ID
- Visa status if applicable to you.
- 1 month's deposit.
- No Working From Home, I'm afraid between Monday to Friday 0900-1730.
