ROOM 3 at £1000 pcm with all bills is TAKEN from Saturday 31st October 2026 at 17:00, long-term.

ROOM 2 at £1100 pcm with all bills is TAKEN from 1st August 2026 onwards long-term for 1 year.

ROOM 1 at £1200 pcm with all bills is AVAILABLE from Saturday 31st October at 17:00 2026 long-term.

We are looking for professionals or postgrads, who do not work from home all week, are super-clean, organised tidy and respectful.

The long-term flatmates are currently:

From 1st August 2026 a 26 year old Irish, male, Medical Doctor, undertaking a 1 year research post at Cambridge University in Room 2. He is returning to Ireland on 1st August 2027.

From 31st October 2026 a 25 year old British, female Masters researcher in Zoology at Cambridge University, in Room 3. 

I haven't found the other tenant as yet as notice was only given on 31.08.26.

Languages spoken: English and Irish.
