I have a spacious double room upstairs with its own ensuite (Bedroom 2), available from the 1st September.

Horningsea Road is in North East Cambridge, very conveniently located for the motor way (A14 and M11) as well as the city centre. It’s only a 5-min drive or 20-min cycle from the Science Park, and 10-min drive or 20 min cycle to Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

This is a super quiet and tranquil place to live without the hustle and bustle, but has all the conveniences that one needs. A One|Stop convenience shop is only a three-minute-walk away, a few pubs and McDonald less than 5-minutes away on foot.
