The property is located in the CB4 1RN, very close to all local amenities and the city center; around the corner, you will find a few local shops, a bakery, a fresh fruit market, The Green Man pub, and Tesco is just 10 minutes from the house. The CO-OP is just 5 minutes away. Bus stop is literally on the doorstep of the property. There is a parking if you drive and a garden to lock your bike in if you cycle.
