3 rooms that share a bathroom. 2 x single rooms and one double room. It's ideal for someone looking to stay for a month or a bit longer. Maximum stay is six months. The large room is suitable for couples. Max 4 people in the house.

Property:

The property is located in the CB4 1RN, very close to all local amenities and the city center; around the corner, you will find a few local shops, a bakery, a fresh fruit market, The Green Man pub, and Tesco is just 10 minutes from the house. The CO-OP is just 5 minutes away. The bus stop is literally on the doorstep of the property. There is parking if you drive and a garden to lock your bike in if you cycle.

The kitchen has a large fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessities to make your life easier—no living room or dining table.
