The property is located in the CB4 1RN, very close to all local amenities and the city center; around the corner, you will find a few local shops, a bakery, a fresh fruit market, The Green Man pub, and Tesco is just 10 minutes from the house. The CO-OP is just 5 minutes away. Bus stop number 2 is just opposite the property; there is secure storage to keep your bike safe.

The kitchen has a large fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessities to make your life easier—no living room or dining table.
