Our lovely lodger of 2 years has taken up a new work opportunity, therefore our room has now become available

We’re a family of four with two young children looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy lodger, female preferred please.

We’re looking for someone who wants their own space and would respect our personal need for peace and quiet.

The room is available for TWO nights per week between Monday to Friday. It’s a very light and airy king size with private en-suite including bathtub and shower. The location is ideal for anyone working in Cambridge city, science park or Addenbrooks hospital which is just 10 mins drive away, ideal for a working professional who needs a base during the week.

The house is situated in Girton just a 10min cycle ride to the centre of Cambridge, close to the M11 and A14. The house has a large garden and garage for storing bikes. The use of electric scooters are at the bottom of the road for easy access into the centre.

Local amenities are just a short walk away with Co-op shop at the end of the road. the City centre is only 2 miles away on regular bus routes and with a dedicated cycle lane and there is good access to Eddington Sainsburys, West Cambridge Site, A14, M11 and the Science Park.
