We have two studios available now in this house, in a quite location close to Cambridge North Train station and Cambridge Science park:

- First floor studio with private balcony, £950 without bills or £1150 with bills ((council tax, gas, electricity, water, and broadband) ;
- Ground floor studio with private coutyard, £900 without bills or £1100 with bills.

The studios are furnished with small double bed, wardrobe, storage unit, desk with chair. The bathroom has shows cubical, basin, WC and wall mounted storage unit. The complete kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, washing machine and a range of kitchen units
