Double Room - available 31st August

Hi, I have a double room for rent in a well kept comfortable flat, 2 mins from Cambridge train station. There is free parking and WIFI, Washing machine/dryer. There is also a sky Q box available for the room.

Bills are included. The room is available for short stays . It's a great location, a 5 min walk from the main train station, 5 mins from Mill Road and nearby to parks and coffee shops.

It's a relaxing space to live, I am sociable and friendly, but I also like my own space and am respectful of others.

There is a shared space in the kitchen that has a 5ft x 3ft table. Full use of the kitchen and equipment.

My ad states that I am a live out landlord, this is incorrect, I also live at the property.
