Bright Double Room, CB1 nr.station bills included

Hi, I have a light double room for rent, in a well kept comfortable 2 bedroom flat, 2 mins from Cambridge train station/mill road/leisure park/ There is free parking and WIFI, Washing machine. Shared bathroom with shower.

Bills are included.

It's a relaxing and quiet space to live, with plenty of light.

The room is a good size, a large window and has a fair amount of storage space in the room and 2 kitchen cupboards for you to use.

The room is available for short stays and long stays. It's 5 min walk from the main train station, 5 mins from Mill Road and nearby to parks and coffee shops.

I have a cat, I use non-smell litter tray, he is a friendly house cat.

I am sociable and friendly, but I also like my own space and am respectful of others.

My ad states that I am a live out landlord, this is incorrect, I also live at the property.

I visit family friends regularly, so I am away from time to time for a few days, I live fairly quietly, family/friends visit occassionally and I will let you know in advance when I am having people over.

I am okay with smoking/vaping on the balcony with the door closed so that there is no smell coming into the home.
