Lovely sunny room to rent in CB1

I have a large, cosy, sunny room to rent in sought after CB1 location, 8 mins walk to train station, 5 mins walk to Mill Rd, 30 mins walk to City Centre & Addenbrookes Hospital. There’s a Fridge, kettle & microwave in the room. I live in the property with my 21yr old son and our friendly cat, Luna. We’re a laid back household with busy lives and are used to guests staying due to renting via Airbnb, but have decided having a more permanent lodger would be a better fit for us.. The ideal person would be friendly, tidy, respectful of personal space, and did 'in-office' work. Gender not important. All bills included. Mon-Fri rental also possible at £200 PW. (single occupancy only)
