I'm renting out my master bedroom in a modern, very clean apartment to a clean and tidy person. I'll be away on a work trip for around 3 months (this may extend). I remain registered at and live in the flat. Will consider Mon–Fri renting as well.

For one person only — couples or multiple people will not be considered.

There is already a tenant living in the flat who works at the Cambridge medical campus. He is very friendly and clean.

It's important to me that the person is clean and tidy and looks after the flat and all the equipment in it.
