The new pedestrian bridge over the river from Ditton Meadows offers a great connection to Cambridge North train station (about 5 mins by bike) and easy access to the Science Park and St John's Innovation Centre beyond.

Gas central heating, double -glazed.. Unlimited super-fast broadband. Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, and kettle.

Two tenants, female and male. All housemates are selected with current tenants in mind - we want everyone to get along and be comfortable in their home.
