Situated in a quiet residential area close to the river and Newmarket Road, Regular bus service to the town centre; stop is 3 minutes away. Within 15 mins by bike you can be in town along the river. The new pedestrian bridge over the river from Ditton Meadows offers a great connection to Cambridge North train station (about 5 mins by bike) and easy access to the Science Park and St John's Innovation Centre beyond.

Gas central heating, double -glazed.. Unlimited super-fast broadband. Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, and kettle.

Two tenants, all female. All housemates are selected with current tenants in mind - we want everyone to get along and be comfortable in their home.

Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl and Aldi are all quite close by. Local shops 3-4 minutes' walk. Gym and a swimming pool are 5 mins away.

All bills are included except Council tax -55£ and wifi. Students are exempt from Council tax. Deposit is required. We protect deposits with Tenancy Deposit Solutions.
