The rent is £900/month for single occupancy. All bills and fast broadband WiFi are included in the price. Council tax isn't included (band C).

Rental and 4 weeks deposit paid in advance. At least one complete calendar month notice is required. For example if you give notice on 15th October, you cover rent till 30th November.

End of tenancy cleaning fees apply as required. No additional fees apply.
