Room Available to let

We have a newly built loft room becoming available in our family home from mid-July 2025. We are seeking a young female student or professional female who would appreciate a warm, respectful, and female-oriented household. The property is currently occupied by six women, and we can accommodate female tenants to maintain the harmony of the home.

The available room is part of a loft conversion, with two rooms sharing a high-standard shower and toilet. The other room is currently occupied by a female student.

As this is a family home, we kindly ask that no alcohol or pork be consumed on the premises.

Included in the monthly rent (£645 pcm, bills included):
• Self-serve continental breakfast (bread, tea, coffee)

• All utilities and Wi-Fi

Please note that this is not a traditional house share – there is no shared living room. We are a busy but easy-going family and want to ensure that the right person joins our household.

Minimum stay: 6 months.
