Room Available to let

We have a room available in our family home for
a young female student or a
professional female from 25th January 2025 onwards, as the house is female dominated! It's a newly built loft room. We will provide items for breakfast
(self service) and a cooked hot dinner (No pork or
alcohol to be consumed in property) each evening
There are 2 rooms in the loft with a newly built
shower/ toilet built to high standards. Only 1 room is
available as advertised. Other room is occupied by another professional female. FEMALES preferred please as
it's a house with 6 women living in it.
We will provide a continental breakfast bread tea/coffee (self service)
as well as a hot meal in the evenings to the
tenants.
Looking for a minimum let of 6 months

THIS IS A FAMILY HOME WITH A ROOM AVAILABLE TO RENT ( It may not be suitable for everyone as there's no shared living room) hope this helps.
