Hi!! I’m moving out of a lovely double room in our cosy, clean and tidy home available. We’re looking for a 26+ friendly and sociable female that will gel well with the current housemates to fill it. The room is available 17/08/24.
The room
Second floor furnished double bedroom facing the garden perfect for a single occupancy. You would be sharing a bathroom with just one other female.
The house
This 4-bedroom house is in a great location, a 5 min walk to the train station and Mill Road as well as a short walk to the city centre. It’s a relatively new build and feels a good quality spec. There is a huge shared clean kitchen dining space and living room. Downstairs WC, and upstairs bathroom (which you share with only one other person as the other 2 housemates have ensuites). The house also has a garage which holds the washing machine, an extra freezer, and anything that else you need to store there (including space for bikes). There is a small garden out back. Parking is available with a permit.
The housemates
The current housemates, Charlotte, Ludo and Agata, are females aged 28-32. Working in the biological science/healthcare sector. They are a friendly and sociable bunch, we chat over cooking dinner, sometimes hang out and watch tv together. We also respect each others space and have our own interests and active lives going on but equally wouldn't say no to a pub trip or chance to check out something new and fun in Cambridge! Some of the girls interests include bouldering, running, martial arts and cooking. It’s a pretty chilled but friendly environment.
The rent&bills
The rent for the room is £615. And then bills is approximately another £128 (council tax, water, gas and electricity, wifi, netflix). £743 total a month.
About you
We are looking for a female 26+, friendly and sociable that will mix with the current housemates well, and that treats the place as a home so likes to keep things clean and tidy.
