We have two rooms available:

- Room 4 (single room) with external ensuite bathroom (only for you to use), £750, available now.
- Studio 6 with its own kitchenette and bathroom, £1100, available from 28 September.

The location is very close to the Science Park, A14 and Cambridge North station,.

Single occupancy please. Working professional preferred please.

The house is shared by 4 people only. It has a communal kitchen/diner which includes a washer/dryer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. We also have a breakfast bar with bar stools.

Room 1 (Double ensuite) - This room is located on the ground floor and includes a small double bed and mattress, desk and chair, armchair, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room has been taken.

Room 2 (Double ensuite) - This room is located on the first floor and includes a small double bed and mattress, desk and chair, armchair, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room has now been taken.

Room 3 (Double ensuite) - This room is located on the first floor and includes a small double bed and mattress, desk and chair, armchair, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Room 4 (Single with external ensuite)- This room is located on the first floor and includes a single bed and mattress, desk and chair, armchair, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room has been taken.
