I’m looking for a sensible and considerate person to share a tenancy in a two storey maisonette above a shop on Chesterton Road at Mitcham’s corner. Available is a large double room and en-suite shower room which takes up the whole top floor of the building. There is also a light, spacious open-plan living room with kitchen. There is also a small outside space where it is nice to sit in summer. Unfortunately there is no parking space. The share of the rent is £750 pcm. Bills are currently about £160 pcm and there will also be council tax to pay. Viewings should be available from Monday 18th September. The room will be available from 7th October
