Large Double-room in lovely Houseshare

Hello! We're Fran, Nicole, and Joe - a group of three young professionals / PhD students living in a spacious 4-bed home in the Crescent, next to Churchill College. We're looking for someone to join us, as our outgoing housemate is buying a house.

We're offering a large double room for £560pcm excluding bills, which come to around £150 (we are council tax band G). The room is on the second floor and comes unfurnished. You will share a bathroom with one housemate (others have their en-suite).

There is a nice open-plan communal space on the first floor (including a balcony). The house also has a garage for bikes, on- and off-street parking, a utility room, and plenty of storage space.

The location is great - it's a 5-10 minute cycle into town, Eddington Sainsbury's, Aldi and Co-op are all nearby, and the U bus to the station stops a 2 minute walk away. It's a quiet spot, set back from Madingley Road and you'll soon befriend our resident ducks!

The three of us are all in our twenties - one of us works in the hospital, and two of us are PhD students in the sciences. In our free time, hobbies include music, painting, badminton, and running. We lead fairly separate lives but like to catch up at the end of the day, watch TV together and enjoy the odd takeaway!

The room will be available from 4th January, but there is flexibility with this (i. e., a week after this would be fine also).
