I am renting out my beautiful double bedroom in my newly refurbished home.

This beautiful double bedroom consists of a double bed, a desk shelf with a soft velvet chair, a large in-built wardrobe, a mirror, and a bedside table with drawers.

The house consists of a modern, spa-like bathroom with a waterfall shower, an LED mirror with an inbuilt toothbrush charger, and a gorgeous floating shelf sink. Additionally, the bathroom is seperate from the toilet! Downstairs, there is a stunning shaker kitchen, with a modern sleek cooking facilities with all inbuilt units and a breakfast bar that seats 2. This is an open plan layout that leads to a bright and spacious dining and living room, with a large TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

My lovely home has a small but decent sized garden, which is beautiful to relax in the summer months, and a large fire pit for the cool summer nights and short winter days.

I currently work from home full-time, as a streamer. The location of my home is just a 1 minute walk from the Citi 3 bus, which brings you directly to town and the train station. A 10 minute drive to the university. It's in a beautiful location, near to the river, a pharmacy, and a corner store.

I am ideally looking for female professionals but will consider others. My home is more suited to individuals who enjoy the quieter side of life and respect space but are friendly.

I highly value cleanliness, respect, and communication. I've rented my home for years and have had mostly great experiences with tenants.

This is only for a single renter, no couples, please. If anyone would like short-term (<1 month), the price will be slightly higher and paid per week.

I receive a LOT of interest & due to my own time constraints, I prefer online viewings (followed by a physical viewing once met online). Deposit required in advance to secure accommodation.

P. S - I am out of country until mid Feb. I can arrange viewings after this time (the room is currently occupied, so will arrange viewings around the current tenant)
