The tenants work in research, biology, animal care, technical sales and geographic information. They value the homely atmosphere of the house.

The house is in a cul de sac east of the city centre with lots of freely available parking. It is a 5 minute walk to a large Sainsburys. The airport next door is rarely used.

The communal kitchen/dining room has a dishwasher, separate tumble drier, washing machine, induction cooker and generous storage for personal items in a large double cupboard each.

We are local landlords who pride ourselves on running a tidy, well maintained home. We do communal cleaning every two weeks and maintain the garden to a high standard.
