Newly refurbished house in central Cambridge

Just refurbished and re-furnishing a very pleasant house at the Perne Road end of Mill Road. It's very convenient for Addenbrookes, but a straight run up Mill Road for town too.

Now looking for two female postgrads or professionals to make up the shared house, but as it's my home, I'll be paying all the bills and they're included in the rent.

There's a shared living room/kitchen diner with a tall fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine etc, then a little utility with a tall freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. There's a simple garden with patio and furniture, which will also be done up over the autumn, so it's a great house.
