Single room in really clean and pleasant house at the Perne Road end of Mill Road. It's very convenient for Addenbrookes, but a straight run up Mill Road for town too.

Looking for a professional to make up the shared house on a long term basis. All bills included, as is the weekly cleaning. The room left is a single, and small but with a great wardrobe, small desk, basin and comfortable single bed. All rooms are for single occupancy only.

There's a shared living room/kitchen diner with a tall fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine etc, then a little utility with a tall freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. There's a simple garden with patio and furniture, with gated side access to keep bikes in.

Parking is available around the corner on a quiet street.
