A sunny small room in a cozy house on Mill Road

Hi all,

As our 3rd housemate is leaving at the end of September, we are looking for another lovely person to share our house on vibrant Mill Road (Romsey area).
The house has a nice garden (great for BBQ in summer), a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and living room on the ground floor. The three bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor.

The available room is 485.5£ without bills and the average bill cost is £150 including council tax, energy bills, water, broadband and cleaning so around £635 in total. ***The deposit is £596***.
The room is pretty small (6 square meters) but it is facing the garden, with a nice view and very sunny (see the house plan picture - it is room 3) *You can also use built-in closet in corridor**.

About the house:
- Two minutes away from the bus stop.
- 8 min away from big Sainsbury.
- It has a garden.
- Double glazing windows and external isolation.
- Nicely furnished common areas.
- Gas heating with radiators.
- Free road parking.
- Fiber broadband connection and a washer dryer.
- Cleaner visits every week (for £6.7 per week).
- The room is unfurnished. However, the current flatmate is selling her bed, a small wardrobe and a desk for £200 (this also includes her share in shared house items like the couch, the armchair and the vacuum).

Please note that the landlord requires work and ex-landlord references.

You would be sharing the house with Yujin, a 31 years old Korean professional who enjoys cooking, gardening, and having a pint! and Coline, a female french bioinformatician of 38 years old that likes reading, cooking, boxing, gardening and crafting (not saying no to the pint option either;)).

We are hoping for a nice new roommate that would be happy to share the house with us and spend time chatting, having a drink or cooking together on occasion.

We are looking for a professional, female, non-smoker, tidy, and of course a nice person to share the house with :)
