- The deposit is equivalent to approximately 5 weeks of rent and thus depends on the bedroom.
- This will be lodged with a Government-approved Deposit Scheme. I use the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). Please see their website for further details.

Car parking permits can be obtained by applying Cambridge Council. There are also metered parking zones.
