One mile west of the city centre close to the west Cambridge and Sidgwick sites, University Library "the backs" and Grantchester Meadows. Within reasonable distance of the train station. Nor far, there's a pedestrian/cycle path from Empty Common along a wooded area and by a stream, to Long Road, close to Addenbrooke's.
Minimum let one week single occupancy £250. Double occupancy £300. Longer term let for single occupancy only £725 pcm inclusive.
