It is a bright and very large double room for single occupancy in a clean, quiet and friendly house in Orchard park (CB4).

The house is shared with respectful working professionals, creating a calm and comfortable living environment. All rooms are for single occupancy only. House is well maintained, communal areas are cleaned every other week and outdoor space is maintained by gardener seasonally.

The room is spacious and well-presented with a comfortable kings size bed, storage and space for working or relaxing. Neutral décor and good natural light give the room a peaceful feel, ideal for unwinding after a busy day.
