Let Room near City Centre

Our housemate is moving out at the start of April so a room is free to let.

The room is on the ground floor and comes with a wardrobe, some small shelves and currently a double bed (although this can be swapped for a single if you'd prefer more space - it’s not a massive room!) (please note the chest of draws in the room currently belongs to the current tenant & is not included in this room).

The room is £620 per month and the deposit is £400.00. It has a window looking out on the main entrance/patio area and stays nicely warm in winter. Available from beginning of April. If possible, it would be lovely to have a girl move in, but equally will consider any interest :)

All bills are included - this also includes fast 100Mbps internet. As the house is privately owned, there are no hidden costs and no agency fees.

The rest of the house is a great size and is fully furnished. We have a large living room with a sofa-bed, a sofa and armchairs, bookshelves, TV, and an electric piano; a spacious kitchen & dining room with plenty of storage space and a dishwasher. There is also lots of communal storage space available to use. The house has a conservatory, a garden which is perfect for BBQs, and a large shed.

You'll be sharing a ground-floor bathroom with toilet and shower with one other housemate who is super clean and tidy. It contains a washing machine and tumble dryer, which is used by all housemates.

About the area:

- The house is on a peaceful residential road.
- We are 10 mins walk into the main city centre.
- 3 minutes walk to Jesus Green.
- 10 minute walk to the co-op on Chesterton Road, and a 10 minute walk to Aldi on Histon Road.
- 2 minute walk to the nearest pub.

About your housemates who are all friendly young professionals working in Cambridge:

Jan’s interests include climbing, music, films and cycling.
Jacks interests include tennis, films & music.
Zarah’s interests include running, tennis and cooking.

We're social and enjoy the occasional house dinner or trip to the pub.
