The double room is furnished and all the bills are included in the rent.
We are a couple living in the house and we are looking for a clean respectful individual woman or man makes no difference.
Free parking on the road
Very quiet house.
Not looking for people that are into drugs or partying.
We are both hard working individuals.
In the kitchen you can use the cutlery, plates, bowls.
Each room cleans up the communal area once a week or we bring cleaner every week and share the bill.
We only accept lodgers after we see them in person, this way you have a better feel on how things are with us and the house!
