Two rooms are available in an excellent 4 bedroom semi-detached house, located at Chalk Grove, Cambridge CB1 with driveway parking and garden, just a few minutes walk from Addenbrookes Hospital, and University Biomedical Campus. The rents are £730 and £700 per calendar month respectively, and are based on single occupancy. The house offers a vast communal space with two big sitting rooms, a very large kitchen with dining area, a family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, a ground floor shower room with toilet, and an ensuite shower room with toilet (already occupied by an existing tenant). You will share the entire house with two medics who are currently working at Addenbookes hospital, all utility bills (equal split agreed by tenants), council tax (equal split agreed by tenants), all the necessary duties (agreed by tenants) to keep the house well maintained and clean. You need to pay 5 weeks rents worth deposits in advance, and the rent at the beginning of each month, and provide a letter from your employee to confirm your employment.

The tenancy agreement will be signed as a joint group (4 tenants) contract on the basis of 12-month starting from 6th August 2025.
