Rooms in shared family house - all bills included

We are a family living in a large house in the Barnwell area of Cambridge, just off Newmarket Road, very near Marshalls / the airport. We currently have two room available for lodgers - a large furnished downstairs bedroom, and a smaller but more private upstairs bedroom. We have two sons and a dog (a Bedlington terrier) but largely keep to our own part of the house - the lodgers (yourself plus another one) have their own fridge, food storage area, washing machine, dryer and the use of the larger bathroom - our family have our own. Our dog is very friendly, so if you like dogs then you would probably be a good fit. We also have a large garden, and two driveways, so no issue if you need to park. If you take the bus, we are on a number of bus routes into the centre, and if you cycle then it's easy to get to either the centre, the Addenbrookes site or either railway station, and ARU is just down the road. The boiler is new, so the heating works very well, and we have high speed internet with a connection just outside the room. Your share of included bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet and TV) add up to about £170 per month, so please do not request a reduction in rent as the price is already very reasonable.
