Cosy Room in a Friendly Houseshare

Hi!

We have one cozy and light double bedroom available in our friendly house share from 27th March.

The house is spacious with a great conservatory which we use for secure bike storage and clothes drying when it’s raining. We have a lovely garden with a bbq, fire pit and out door pallet furniture, even including a bar!

You will be sharing with two professionals and a phd student (2 males, 1 female). We are hoping to fill the rooms with one girl to keep the balance.

We like exercising (sometimes), going to the pub (when we can), having good food and watching TV shows and movies. The house share has always had friendly vibes, and we remain friends with a number of our old housemates, but also have an appreciation for one another’s privacy.

Our house is in a convenient location near Mill Road, Addenbrookes hospital and the train station. There are some great pubs, cafes, and independent shops only a few minutes away.

We’re looking for tenants who are friendly, easy going and do their fair share to keep our home tidy.

Rent excludes bills which come to approx. £150 per month.
