Spacious double near city centre & Science Park

Spacious and fully furnished double room in my own home with a comfortable double bed and a work desk awaiting a new tenant. My recently refurbished house is in a green and relatively quiet residential area of Cambridge 10 minutes from the Science Park and 10-15 minutes from the city centre. We aim to have a considerate, very clean and quiet home, so you can work or rest any time of the day. Please only enquire, if you are happy to help maintain such a home.
The area is pleasant, with tree-lined streets and easy access to the city. We are in a residential setting with low-built houses and gardens, close to the bus stop. The Citi1 Bus stops just 3 minutes-walk from the house and it can take you to both the City centre or the Science Park. The same bus also goes to the railway and bus stations. The house is easily accessible from the M11 motorway and there is parking outside the house.
At home you will be sharing our main bathroom and kitchen with another lodger and occasionally myself. You will also have access to the dining room and the garden patio. Please only enquire, if you are considerate, very clean, relatively quiet and will keep your room and the house clean at all times. Our home would probably best suit a morning person.
