Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over the second bedroom in a lovely 2-bed, 2-bath (ensuite) flat, as my current flatmate is moving out.

The flat is modern, well-maintained, and has a comfortable shared living space and kitchen. The available room comes with its own ensuite, so you’ll have your own private bathroom.
The flat also has a designated parking space
A bit about me: I’m a working professional and work from home around 2–3 days a week. I’m friendly, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces and I’m looking for someone similar who is easygoing and considerate.
