Large room in friendly and tidy home

I am looking for a housemate to take the second room in a two-bed Victorian terraced house. The house is unfurnished but I have everything needed for communal areas, you would just need to furnish the bedroom. There is plenty of storage and shared space for anything you might already own such as kitchen utensils.

I am a 31 year old scientific marketing professional working in Cambridge. I am very active and like to run and go to the gym. Around the house I like nights in and relaxing in front of the tv with a nice dinner. An ideal housemate would be someone similar who likes to keep a clean and tidy home.

Bills are not included and come to just under £200 a month, with parking permits available to purchase from the council for £73 for a year. The property is council tax band C. Rental payments for the new tenant must begin from the 25th of July and securing the tenancy will be subject to reference checks by the landlord who will also want to meet the prospective tenant.
