Double bedroom located in a large house on Milton Road in Cambridge (city centre end) only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Cambridge with local shops about 75m distance away

20/30 minute walk or easy cycle ride to the Cambridge Science Park on Milton Road

The bedroom is on the first floor and is for single occupancy only.

We are looking for a friendly person to join our house-share from now. We are 4 professionals. The house is spacious and relaxed.

The house is on Milton Road, with easy access to the centre of Cambridge. Very close to Jesus Green and Midsummer Common, with shops, cafes etc on your doorstep.

The house is large with loads of character. It has a shared sitting room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and a big garden great for summer BBQs. Bikes are kept behind a locked side gate.

All bills, including council tax, WiFi and TV licence, are included in the rent.
