The house has one parking spot and a garden.
Rent is £820/month (including council tax) + ~£70 bills
The house is about a 25 minutes walk from Cambridge station
I will be moving out roughly end of August/beginning of September, and the person would take over from me. Probably you would sublet for a number of weeks, and then join the contract on the first of the month, but we can arrange that with the agency.
