Small double room Science Park 1/2 bathroom share

This is a nice small double bedroom on the second floor, within walking distance to the Science Park.

It shares the communal bathroom with only 1 other tenant (as the other rooms all have their own private ensuite bathrooms).

It's a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom shared house, with a good-sized open-plan communal dining room.

Large driveway for up to 4 cars. You can park on the street without restriction too.

Single occupancy only please. No couples please.
