Small single room - short term rent only

Hi there,

I’m a young gay male academic working in Cambridge - I have a small single room in my shared house available for short term rent.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs.

I use the main bed room and have a short term tenant in the second bedroom. So there is a third small and compact bedroom that is available for someone looking for temporary accommodation.

Your room has a single bed, with a small clothes rail, and a small set of drawers which also extends to become a little table with a chair. The room has a decent window which gets good light and over looks the garden.

Again, the room is basic and small, but functional and so would be best suited for someone looking for something temporary.

Short term and flexible contracts preferred. Happy to discuss it.

I would prefer a quiet, clean and considerate housemate. Hopefully I’ll also be quiet, clean and considerate towards you too!

Sainsbury is 3 mins walk, bus stop 3 mins walk and bus number 2 takes you to city centre in 20 mins.
