I’m looking for a flatmate to share my bright and comfortable home, around a 15-minute walk from Cambridge North station.

The room is unfurnished, so you can make it your own. The shared areas have some furniture, and the kitchen has appliances already provided - some belong to me and some to the owner, but I'm very happy to share! The home is spacious for two people, with a back garden and parking available on site. The shower and toilet are shared but in separate rooms, making sharing more convenient.

The location is particularly handy for Cambridge Science Park, with bus connections to the city centre and University of Cambridge colleges.

I’m 31F and looking for someone who’d enjoy a friendly home and some company, alongside sharing the household expenses. It would be lovely to have someone to chat with while respecting each other’s space.

For transparency, the current monthly costs for the whole home, before agreeing how to split them, are:
- Rent: £1,785
- Council tax: currently £156, including a 25% single-person discount (might change if someone moves in)
- Electricity: approximately £110
- Wi-Fi: £40
