I'm looking for a new flatmate to join a spacious, furnished house just off Hills Road, very close to Addenbrookes and the Biomedical Campus.
The double room is available from the beginning of December and we're looking for a friendly, responsible flatmate, ideally interested in a long-term arrangement.
About the house:
- It's a large, bright property with a fantastic shared garden
- It's in a quiet residential area with parking available
- It has a full bathroom and a half-bath, plus a laundry room
- It has a large kitchen as well as a living room
About the room:
- The flat is fully furnished, and the room includes a bed, a desk, and a built-in wardrobe
Costs:
- The rent is £770 a month which includes gas and electricity, on top of which we pay £10 for wifi
- Council tax (Band E) is ~£3000 a year, so ~85 per person per month
About me:
I'm a young professional working in science communication. I'm friendly and I'd like a sociable flat, but I also understand that people need space. I'm looking for someone similarly easy going and respectful.
