Large Room with Lots of Space Available Soon!

One of our housemates is moving back to his parents so we are looking for a replacement housemate by mid-December ideally, but could potentially extend it a little bit if needed.

Looking for trustworthy, respectful person to move into this large double room. Room is semi-furnished. It comes with desk and chair included as well as the fabric wardrobe and the storage space seen in the photos, we will be providing a bed frame so if you don't have one that's no problem.

The house itself is a 3-bedroom bright and spacious house in Arbury. Current housemates are male in early 30's working professionals full-time.

Bus stop at the end of the road with links to the city centre and train station, there's a small shop halfway down the road. There are public e-bike and e-scooter options nearby as well. There is a driveway for parking out the front. WiFi is included but other bills are not. Council tax is band C.
