Double room with great storage near riverside

Hi! I'm regretfully moving out of my amazing houseshare with my delightful friends to move to Berlin... we're all teachers and are looking ideally for another professional.

The room is lovely - I'm willing to throw in the desk/dresser/mirror for 30/30/10 or £60 all in. There's underbed storage and a really deep built-in cupboard that goes over the stairs. The bed is honestly the comfiest I've ever slept in!

We have a kitchen/diner/living room open plan, leading to a long, peaceful garden with a locked shed at the end for bikes. To park outside, you need a permit, but just at the bottom of the road is the Riverside where you (and I've been doing this no issue) can park for free. We do love to hang in the common areas, but there's no expectation to socialise if that's not your idea of a relaxing evening!

We have one large bathroom, but this hasn't posed an issue yet as we ask or send a text before showering.

We're a 3-minute walk door-to-door with Tesco, with the Beehive just beyond. By Tesco is the no.3 bus, and it's a scenic walk or cycle through Midsummer to the centre of town.

PLEASE NOTE:
The other housemates are moving out at the end of July. Council tax band C. Bills included in the price above (£595 without). Landlord pays water bill.
